A Bridge Between Brands and Manufacturers
YAT Consulting was founded on the back of 10 years working as a sales agent in the clothing industry. Over that decade, I built an in-depth understanding of how brands source, develop, and produce — and more importantly, what goes wrong when the right expertise isn't in place.
After years of representing others, I made the decision to move forward independently — focusing on the product categories and manufacturer relationships I had spent years cultivating. The result is a consultancy built entirely on direct experience: no guesswork, no intermediaries, just reliable connections and hands-on production management in the fields I know best.
Today, YAT Consulting works with brands from all over the world, offering the same level of dedication and market knowledge that only comes from a decade of being on the ground in this industry.
